If you're an RSSOC Member...

Post by philhoward » Sat Feb 04, 2012 2:19 pm

...and have entered your membership number when you signed up, please note that the authorisation process to "RSSOC Member" status (and full access of the website and forum) is currently still a manual one - namely I have to double check against the membership database! If I don't sort this out within a couple of days of you joining, please send me a PM or email me at ss1turbo@gmail.com - I do need a nudge occasionally!

In the post today I received a welcome pack from the Scimitar Club with various bits and bobs and a Copy of Slice, very impressed I was, after reaching for my Glasses I perused, perused some more, then perused harder, called myself all sorts of names as I could not see my membership Number anywhere, so I went and got a cold drink thinking I could be here some time readjusted the old glasses and perused deeply, nope nowt nuffink the world was void of a membership Number, then out of the Blue I heard my wife say check the envelope cos she is smart like that, was spooky as she is at work, and there it was I am presuming the number on the Address header of 5864 is actually the number I sought? If not please book me into the local funny farm as I am fit to talk to the Fairies.

Hi Phil, I have been a regular visitor to the forum for some time now and have found it very interesting. I joined the club after Christmas and my membership number appears to be 4201. If you could do the honours, I would greatly appreciate that. I should add my thanks for all that you, and several other well known names, have contributed to the Forum over the last year, but I haven't worked that out yet. Regards, Stu
