More french media exposure

Post by DARK STAR » Thu Jul 09, 2015 7:14 pm

Fred Hermand again (I think - there are at least three GTE's this colour in France) in the french internet blog InterSection which shows a number of two-door sports breaks.
The historic is rather shaky, especially claiming that Reliant got the idea of the GTE from Aston Martin hatchbacks (and Radford didn't produce the DB2/4).
No mention of the GTS, or Ogle in any form ...
Thanks to tanuki for spotting this one.

On the road I don't drive fast, but I don't slow down for corners
In competition I drive very fast, but not always on the track ...

Hello Chris,

I am pretty sure that this is Fred's Brownie ... I can recognize the background setting
(esplanade du Chateau de Vincennes) where the monthly noggin of Vincennes en Anciennes takes place
Since we have the only Scimitars in that club (never mind it's the biggest club in France, 1200 members  )
Will keep scanning the net for other articles or shots

now: Scimitar SE5 ('71), Scimitar SE6a ('79), Scimitar SST 1800Ti ('90), Ford Anglia LHD ('61), Ford Consul Capri LHD ('61), TVR Chimaera 400 ('96), Caterham SV ('10), Lexus IS200 ('04), Austin Metro 1000 ('82)
past: Mitsubishi Celeste ('77), Alfetta Quadrifoglio ('85), Nissan Maxima ('95)
