1600 vacuum advance

Post by MartinSS1 » Wed Apr 10, 2019 5:28 am

My vacuum advance unit is dead. Can anybody suggest somewhere to buy a replacement, or does anyone have a spare for sale?

Thanks.

Depends if it’s a Bosch or Lucas distributor fitted. Most seem to have the (blue cap) Lucas?

Mine is the clip on cap type, rather than screw on. Didn't look to see if it was Lucas or Bosch. Will check tonight.

A brief google suggests mine is Bosch.
