Small Sports - Porsche vented disc conversion

My brake conversion was designed for the SS1 and contains following parts:
- front disc: diameter 257mm, thickness 20mm, pot hight 47,4mm (special design based on VW GTI 16V)
- front calipers: Two pot ATE Type S48-20mm (used on Porsche Carrera around 1987)
- rear drums with new wheel cylinders (Ford Sierra 20,64mm diameter)
- brake circuit changed from Hi-split (circuit 1: front + rear, circuit 2: front) to circuit 1 front and circuit 2 rear (improved heat resistance)
- for optimum braking performance the heat shield behind the disc has to be modified
- some brake line adapters to re-route the piping
- adapters (kind of sleeves) to reduce the 12mm holes in the calipers to 10mm to reuse the original bolts
The conversion was developed in 1987/88 and got German TÜV End of 1988. Hope this helps, please ask for more details and hope that I'm not too busy to visit the forum
