A bit of 4x2 (I used an offcut of fence post) under the ledge behind the number plate and a gentle "take the weight plus a bit" with a trolley jack should get it back in line while you fit it.
Thanks for that Phil - Yes I reckon the body has dropped somewhat, that's a great suggestion.

According to website Nightline have it in transit.

On assembly you will notice that there are holes pre drilled for the horn wires to feed through, don`t trap them between the steelwork when bolting it down.
Cheers Mark, no panic at all. Thanks for the heads up on the horn wires.

Gary yours looks very bad.

Are the side plates still serviceable as the new nose plate bolts down onto those parts, I have put slots in to allow the new steel to be pushed into the front of the car to help get the 1/2" bolts through the bumper irons and fibreglass

The side plates on mine are actually okay, small bit of rust transfer to one but I have cleaned that up now.

Wish I could say the same about the bumper over riders, they crumbled to pieces when I unscrewed the bolts.

I may have some reasonable chromed over riders in my stock of spares.

The over rider mounting bracket goes through the front of the car and bolts to the underside of the new mounting with the 5/16" unf bolts provided in the fitting kit.

My bracket arrived in the post yesterday - very impressed with the quality of part and the workmanship gone into it, jeez even the packaging was top class!

Well that's my Saturday morning planned now - happy days :D

Can't thank you enough for this Mark.

Regards,
Gary

Might be a bit late, but are there any others available, or are there any plans to make any more?

Mine is still there, but full of holes.

Steve.

Steve I have a "Blank" that I could make into a finished item if you so wished.

Would need to know your preference on over rider mountings, either bolts, studs or just holes for bolt and nut fixing.

If another few people wanted these I could do another production run.

Mark
