Fan Belt

The fan belt on my 6A needs replacing what are the width depth and length for this model (none power steering) I have some belts which I think will fit just need to double check.

1325 x 10 for all 4 pulley Essex.

Is that inside or outside diameter Jim, the one I have on is 1346mm O/D, should they be notched (toothed) on the internal face?

I’ve seen flat and toothed type used - as long as it sits in the vee of the pulleys correctly I don’t think it matters really. I don’t know if manufacturers measure inner or outer (probably inner?) but there’s more than enough adjustment on the alternator to use either.

I read that the teeth are to keep the belt running cooler although with a Scim' engine I'm not sure this would work, thanks for your help.

Just checked mine and it’s got teeth (3 pulley though)
