Front timing cover idler

How do I remove the timing cover idler bearing without damaging the front cover ? An even bigger question are they still available ??

Remove cover pull out stainless clip from the hole on top of the bearing place on a press and push bearing and core plug from the back be sure to support the front of the cover or you will crack it very easily...Burtons do the bearing i think
