There’s a blue 5a in London with nose damage - owner on Facebook asking for recommendations for repairs.

at least it missed the bumper,
fairly easy fix cut out the cracks/splits grind and fix with metal strips, reglass..

better than grafting new panels on

Here’s the SE 17 (Kennington post code) Scimi being towed away.
Were you able to get in touch with the owner. Very nice car, appeared as if it was damaged as it was innocently parked.

Insurance write off/beyond economic

Shame really as it won`t take a lot to repair and restore to former glory.

Owner must have been under insured, or, more likely, London garages asking exorbitant amounts to do the repairs. :w

Agreed, that seems like a crying shame. Hope that someone buys it and does something good with it.

Also makes me determined to get my car properly valued and adequately insured post resto in the event that something catastrophic occurs...
