Just watched South Western Auction on YouTube , the 1972 GTE went for £7400 I think [ could be wrong as the audio was not very good on my L/T ] , very spirited bidding . It was at video time 2.55 . Regards Richard .

Hello, yes I won it. If you add the commission the total was circa £8100.00.
According to SWAA they had lots of interest. Their estimate was 1950-2300£ (or thereabouts).
The week before Anglia Auctions sold a 5a for the same price exactly.

Hi Simon,
Congratulations on your acquisition and wishing you many happy miles of exciting motoring. Or should that be smiles... :D
