Soooo, got the beastie to run for 30 seconds whoopee until i spotted fuel dripping from the ‘Accelerator’pump diaphragm on the carb, she is 40 years old don’t forget.. can I buy this separately and if so where or do I need to shell out £20 for a service kit????


1979 se6a auto pas 3.0v6 (unnamed)

Mine did same few months ago.

I bought this service kit for £16 has the bit you need

Try Fastroadcars or Eurocarb for individual items such as diaphragms etc - but it only takes a couple of parts before it’s cheaper to get a full service kit.

Take the point re overall value for money of a ki5 but have ordered the burton unit. Ta
