Andy - do you mean as in repairing a damaged one, doing one from scratch, or you have one (or more) you'd sell?

As you know, my car doesn't have one, so I have nothing to repair!

Cheers
Cliff

I could make one from scratch, if someone can lend me a pattern, or maybe if I have your car in again I can make it to fit. Colour match will be an issue, but I can hunt around for something that might not look too out of place.

Yes, the colour/patina match looks like it will always be an issue with the tan interiors (I had black interiors in my previous cars....).

Comes back to first choice of finding a decent original one.....My Car, do you still want to sell yours???

Hi Andy and Cliff , I have quite a good one on my 5a . If Cliff is happy to deal with the P and P I am more than happy to send it on loan as a pattern if this helps . I live in Lincs and I see you are in Glous so Cliff would need to evaluate the " postage " two ways , it is quite heavy . Regards Richard .

Appreciate the offer, thanks. I'd need to have a chat with Andy about cost to make one (as well as the blinking colour match!!) versus hanging on until a really decent one comes up.

If Cliff wants to go down that route, it would be appreciated. However, it will clearly be far more expensive to make a new one than buy one used (in the right colour too).
