If it leaks, I'd be getting a sheet of copper and making my own TBH, especially if there doesn't appear to be one based on parts catalogues. Is that a Sierra or Escort turbo and downpipe (stub)?

It's a Sierra one AFAIK. I'm just using the flange now, the rest has gone 😁

Well, not shown on the turbo side or the exhaust side at least.

Looks like it has a cam driven pump under there then - you can just see it in the picture on the front of the Haynes manual.

late but can concur as also seen one in an Escort van (conversion) it leaked like a seive, so washed with petrol, added silicone mastic, reduced from 'total loss oiling' to 'acceptable' oil changing.
It was Father-in-Laws work's van (and I was 80 miles from home )
That van was eventually nicked , no idea how they got it started as it was a 'DiY' petrol to diesel with no clue about 'pre-heaters/glo-plugs' etc used to just turn key count to twenty then go for start :-0
when traced to police pound 80 miles away we got ALL contents back, including his 'ghetto blaster' !!! they had nicked it to get from Forres to ABZ!! actually the DVLA sent a 'untaxed demand' even though the insurance comapny had already paid out £600, which was £300 more than it was worth!!!

SS1 1600 (AJZ ----), C30 (SK 57 ---)& 480 ( .. . EVU & . . . . CDC)
Regal 330 (VAV ---) now passed to another 'keen owner'

More parts have arrived today, some water hoses, a speedo cable and a remote oil gauge adapter. I'm not sure what the oil pressure should be, so probably useless having a gauge, but it's better than having a non working one in the dash.
Anyway, the adapter is 1/8 npt female, and I have a braided hose (also female) that I need to get a fitting for to join them together. One end is obviously going to be 1/8 npt Male but I dont know what the other end needs to be. It's a similar size but much coarser thread. Any ideas?
Thanks

M10? Probably not BSP as that’s rather close to NPT (27 and 28tpi).

I'll have to try an M10 bolt in it tomorrow at work. I dont even know where the braided hose came from (maybe with a 6b) but just thought I'd try to use it  :w

There was a coarse threaded connection used in some blocks - might even be M12 or M14 (I’ve come across all 3 metric sizes). Someone will now pipe up and say there’s a UNC version BUT if it’s from a 6b may well be metric.
