Filled diff and gearbox and fitted rear ARB (still needs drop links).
Converted LH door to manual windows and fitted - then realised that the outer handle was broken
door still opens, so it’s staying for now :D
sorted LH seat and got the sheared bolt out of the floor, just need new bolts to secure the seat.
So as of today, the list to make test day looks like this:

Finish off RH steel floor
Fit RH seat and harness
Remove Spax adjustable rear dampers from Megan3 and fit to C686
Fit steering rack bellows
Fit track rod ends
Fit calipers
Bleed brakes
Fit wheels
Secure battery tray
Convert RH door to manual windows
Fit RH door
Repair or replace indicator stalk
Fit stalk, shroud and steering wheel
Fit fuel pressure regulator and plumb in fuel pump
Fit rear ARB droplinks
Fit bootliner
Fit bootlid
Fit headlight panel
Fit nose cone
Fit bonnet
Fit hardtop (swap glass sunroof in blue hardtop for Perspex or use red hardtop)
Check geometry
MOT (optional)

Phil came down to assist today, so we got the calipers fitted and bled the brakes :D

Floor is done and both seats are in, battery tray is secured and RH door is converted to manual (twice, the first winder I fitted wa U/S  )

Relpaced the indicator stalk (I now have 2 or 3 that need repairs to the clamp) and refitted the shroud and steering wheel.

So, jobs for tomorrow include:

Remove Spax adjustable rear dampers from Megan3 and fit to C686
Fit steering rack bellows
Fit track rod ends
Fit wheels
Fit RH door
Fit fuel pressure regulator and plumb in fuel pump
Fit rear ARB droplinks
Fit bootliner
Fit bootlid
Fit headlight panel
Fit nose cone
Fit bonnet
Fit hardtop (swap glass sunroof in blue hardtop for Perspex or use red hardtop)

Spent most of today chasing electrical problems with the headlights. Eventually sorted enough for an MOT (no headlamp motor function) after taking the steering wheel off and the cowl apart for the third time

Fitted the RH door though, as well as the nose cone and headlight panel.

aye all is good

I do like Reliant's method of build/ stock control, large felt pen written on the panels, beats any fancy 'JiT' system . .. .

Had the dash back out again - firstly to get an ignition feed to the rear heated screen wire, to power the fuel pump. After putting it all back together, the Rev counter didn’t work  swapped it and it still didn’t work, so I ended up swapping out the complete flexible circuit board.

Fitted the Spax adjustable but the rear is far too high, so more work needed there.

Fitted the bonnet (had to adjust the hinges and the locks!) and wiper blade.

Fitted the fuel pump and plumbing.

Fit steering rack bellows
Fit track rod ends
Seal sunroof down

The radiator is from a VW Polo - I have one fitted to G97 and similar fitted to Megan3 and snotty (with inlet/outlet on the RHS for the K series/Ti).

CVH has a mechanical pump as standard.
