I'm having trouble following all these engines - and now the car is black instead of yellow

So am I Chris! But my car is still very much yellow, the black one is a customers restoration job.

The only donor is the TVR, and that’s getting a new engine/gearbox.

LRP 335E Sprint Coupe

I have the engine and T5 box ready to go in, just missing an exhaust and an axle now.. The plan is to make some manifolds, and I’ve hopefully sourced some used flanges as I can’t have any made or buy any at the moment.. The axle is a 4HA from a GTE so I’m changing the brackets to suit the coupe.. Cutting the old brackets off is not one of my favourite jobs, and it definitely wasn’t today as I somehow managed to stop the angle grinder with my hand  my glove offered little resistance

A hand is certainly not the best thing to stop an angry grinder with...

It’s actually quite effective - just rather painful I find.
