Cheers Steve

All back together now cam belt changed, turbo fitted and front suspension rebuilt.

Got to refit the intercooler then big start up.

Tyres to fit, went for 50 profile in the end....

Roll cage front section should be ready end of February, did RR send you any details of the sill brackets?

Once my car is back running I’m going to book a rolling road, last year it produced 179 bhp at 0.9bar. I ran it most of the season at 0.5 bar. To safely use 0.9 bar of boost should I be increasing the fuel pressure I.e. do I need a fuel pressure regulator?

Up north or even shiny Cheshire way any rolling road recommendations that have experience of the Nissan motor?

Cheers

Highly recommend the fella in Middlewich that Steve Oakes knows. I’ll be taking mine there in the next few weeks.

And we did indeed increase the fuel pressure using a manual fuel pressure regulator

After a few long weekends in the garage turbo refitted, front suspension strengthening & rebuilt, cam belt changed, plugs, tappets, oil, coolant etc and all checked over started the ss1 and it ran 😀

Got it up to temperature and no smoke from exhaust fingers crossed all sorted for 2019 sprint season 😀😀
