That's quite a different throttle cable attachment to the xr2i/ FRST setup, which has a fancy progressive linkage.

Nice n' neat cable attachment.

yes, i have a 1600 setup on the bench too (the 1400 may get the larger throttle one day if it all works) and it's very different. I did think about swapping them to start with.

The centre panel is just a little too small to take a double DIN stereo, so I made a few minor modifications. Widened at the base and a lip added to stop your phone sliding off :D

Looks very good. Do you refit a cigarette lighter somewhere else, or do without?

I’ll be fitting USB and cigarette lighter type power supplies elsewhere.

I did :D

Cheapest way I could think of getting enough surface area to paint the whole car worth of panels - ideally I could do with a couple of proper stands to hold the doors vertical to paint. I might have to get creative before it gets colour next month.

I'd agree paint vertically then set horizontally to dry , well that was I did and seemed to avoid annoying dribbles

all went well until they all fell over when I knocked into one item :-(
