Sounds good Mike!
I'm still undecided whether to take my BMW 2002 or my Scimitar. If I end up going both days, I'll bring bring one the first day and the other on the second.
Regardless, I'll drop by the stand...

Gents, we've just published our report from Tatton Park on ViaRETRO this morning.
Was an excellent event - just as it always is... :D
I ended up attending only on the Saturday and bringing my SE6a along. As a new member of RSSOC, it was great to meet a few others from the club.
Needless to say, I made sure to give the club a decent mention in the article...
Hope you guys enjoy the report:

Anders, was good to see yourself and family there as well, not a bad show this year but I'm finding less and less proper auto jumblers present at these shows NEC excepted, is that a case of being priced out or just simply no longer many parts available or lack of demand at these shows these days?

Was indeed good to see you again Mike and even meet a few other club members.
That two-tone SE6 which arrived on the Sunday looks lovely!

Anders, I enjoyed the report on the Tatton show, I've only managed to get there once in recent years, as I'm now at the other end of the country, though when I first became a Scimitar owner, I lived not far away.
Also it was good to see Tony Wawryk's report on the NEC show, and in particular his write-up on the Citroen Bijou belonging to a friend of mine. :)

Mike, re this:

Back in 1983, my first full year of membership, that was quite a well-known car. Then owned by Chris Marsh, it was the overall winner in the concours at that year's National Rally. :D

Roger, I'm glad you've enjoyed some of our articles on ViaRETRO. :D I hope you might come back for more...
On a different note, you should try to drop by Tatton at one of their future shows...

Regarding that maroon SE5a with reg. GTE 890N, I recall chatting with the owner last year. From memory - and I could very well be wrong here - I seem to recall that he told me that he had owned the car since it were brand new! If this is indeed the case, it would be the same Chris Marsh who owns it today...
