Bridge of Allan show (15.5.16)

Post by ScimiTom » Sun May 15, 2016 11:10 pm

The run of fabulous weather continued for today's show at Bridge of Allan, with a record number of exhibits and spectators. If I remember rightly, we had a coupe, an SE5, an SE5a (plus another SE5a not on the club stand) and no fewer than three Middlebridges (with a fourth elsewhere). Some shots of the assembled Scims...:

Hear, hear! Great to see everyone. I have just posted a very similar one to you, Will. Maybe the powers-that-be can merge the threads?

Interesting to see that the number of Middlebridges matched the total Reliants and no 6A or 6B in attendance.
Good to meet up with the guys there and maybe I'll get my 6A back from the paint shop soon.
John.

...Great pics! Love the SE5 with 'PA's' & chrome side-trims with all 4 'bars' in place on the front......even the period 'de rigeur' vinyl roof! That, there silver presumably the original colour - if not, was an option, I think! Lovely!

That's a very famous car, being one of the original press demonstrators, and loaned to Princess Anne for a while. See this thread for details
