Car Cover
Thank you all for your advice. As much as I would like to show off my pride and joy, I do have problems with water ingress around the screen rubbers front and rear plus rear screen frame is broken. I am unable to fix at moment. A temporary cover over just the top half might be a short term solution for the next few months.

I can't recommend a particular type, but there may be something to be said for just leaving it uncovered to allow the body and chassis to 'breathe'. I discovered this the hard way when my previous Scimitar's paintwork started bubbling up within a matter of days after fitting a car cover.

No cover is the best recommendation. A car port or the like if need be, but nothing that touches the bodywork itself.

There is no point trying to teach a pig to sing. It doesn't work and it annoys the pig.

I have four Scims that are parked on the drive - the one time I tried a cover on one it suffered from micro blisters - let the air dry it

I've put pictures on previously of my scimitar that was covered while I was in hospital. My short answer is don't! We had a very expensive breathable cover, but she still bubbled all over. As said previously, a good wax is the best prep. Waxoyl the chassis etc. if worried about the underside. Enlarge the photo below to see the effect!
