Historical curiosity.............
Just came across a 2014 Practical Classics mag.
In it a guy called Theo Gillam was restoring an SS1 reg.C52 KLG; it's on SORN.
Anyone here? How did the resto go?

Is that several ways of saying “why do you have no sills”? Can’t think of anything else that would give “Body has excessive displacement which may lead to loss of vehicle control“ which is a new one on me!

Historical curiosity.............
A search for the name seemed to throw up a couple of refs to other things, suggesting he might have some connection with the mag rather than just being a reader? Perhaps Nigel Clark, might know something about it?

Just spotted this, thank you to Roger for flagging it up.
Personally, I've no knowledge of this car but Theo is a regular technical contributor in Practical Classics. There should be an email address in his Staff Car Saga pages if you wish to contact him for more info.
