saw 5 XY or similar, but the DVLA reckons it a Mini Cooper which looked more like a Renault so there must be a couple of these VERY low numbered plates . . . . .

There is a locally famous plate round these parts (Inverness) No pic but will try get one when I next see it - A7RSE, expensive looking black merc
