Saw (and heard) an electric Range Rover today - complete with swirly disguise vinyl wrap. Guessing it’s a hybrid, this far from base?

Theres an RnD centre at Burford (or might be Barford - they’ve got a few), so not that far? Current development phase is underway of plug-in variants which should be able to do >50 miles on pure electric as well as mixed at a guess?

Burford would be right on the limit (25 miles) - I’ll confirm tomorrow but I don’t think it came from that direction (it was parked at the burger wagon where I stopped
) but they may have just dropped down Crickley hill and come back up?

My old boss part exed his old unreliable 4 year old Range Rover for a new autobiography hybrid RR . Broke down after 17 miles from new . Screens went blank and stopped , restarted and went into limp home mode . Dealer picked it up and guess what they can’t find a fault with it . And it still sits 6 weeks later at dealer as he has rejected it . He is taking them all to court for his money back and compensation . Nobody messes with my old boss

nothing as nice as that, only an old SAAB 96, but looked tidy, on original two stroke judging by smell/colour of exhaust

Popped round to R-Tech welding for a new gas bottle this morning and there were two lovely looking A30’s next door and a newer (1989) mini parked up. Also saw a hideous gold Range Rover pickup on the A417!

Yesterday afternoon: a lovely metallic 'golden sand?' sixties S-type Jag. in the distance, turning onto the road towards Leek - local car, I think, as am sure that have seen it on the forecourt of the local garage. Later in Leek a 'K' plate MGB GT in what looked suspiciously like 'Nevada Yellow'
,travelling in the opposite direction to me ...
