Headlamps

Post by expat2000 » Fri May 13, 2011 10:10 am

Hi all

As I am planning on exporting my scimitar from the UK to Norway this summer I need to change the headlights from RHD to LHD. Are the headlights a standard (lucas?) part, 7"?

Seem to be lots of LHD MGB headlights on ebay which use H4 and sidelight bulbs, would these be suitable?

Thanks in advance.

Stuart

If its an SE6 then yes they would fit . But go for Cibie or aftermarket lamps much better , not lucas . Roy

Unless it's already been done, then if changing the headlights, I'd also look at changing the "nests" (the mounting bowls) to plastic ones, as sold by SVC for example. No more rust!
