What type Ford gearbox?

As I can't find it in an easy way, I'll ask:

What type Ford gearbox is used in a 1300 or 1400? Is it a 4 speed version of the T9 or is it a late spec Type E? Or even another type?

OK - not actually a Scimitar

I had one of those!
To be fair, the Lotus has better road behaviour. But the Scimitar is much better in all details. The Elite is not practical, where the Scimitar is.

Ok, found the white dutch car, quite a history on this one.
Here it is in 1992 at Curborough!
Nice!
Now the car is converted to LHD, still in 'go fast' condition including a very small tank.

Tidy 6b

looks good!
Sold one - late 6b - in that colour(in need of new paint) a few months ago for just over 5K. So this is cheap.

1981 GTC Front Bumper (Rubber)

Just the rubber, or the full bumper?
A rubber in repairable condition I may have for you. Contact me if interested. I am based int the Netherlands but UK payment and shipping is no problem.
As said Sikaflex is your friend. It will seal almost invisible.

Not secure?

If / when you start with a https:// you can still end up with an unsecure version. The menulinks are pointing to the usercured version, just like the [ScimitarWeb] button top left.

Should i burn in hell?

To answer your question: It is not up to me to decide you'd be burning or not.

Engine swaps, before you lots swaps were done. from economy 4 cylinder to big V8 on LPG. Several diesel conversions. The nicest diesel conversion I did see was done by datsundrew he uses a Mercedes Sprinter engine.

1989 SS1 1600 in Netherlands. RHD 28k

It was at an auction in Belgium according to the link.
The car was offered with Dutch export papers. That does not make sense. Getting those papers is a 10 euro and 10 minutes job. Reregistering in the Netherlands is lots more expensive.

SE 6a Chassis Problems

If needed I do have a chassis in decent condition for a fair price. From a car broken for spares after light accident damage.
Downside is: I am located in the Netherlands.

Chassis section RH side A post wanted

Hi all,

As per title, does anyone have or knows where I can source a RH side A post assembly for an SS1 chassis?

GTE Auto in Essex

Stunning is not the word I'd choose with a wrong side and non-parking rear wiper. If that job was not done properly, what else was treated the same way?
