Interior plastic

Over the years I’ve tried many different ways to get what I would call a factory finish ie not too shiny and I came across a product called Aerospace Protectant fairly recently and I must say it’s excellent, you can get it off the internet as not many retailers seem to sell it but it’s not cheap.

Here is my carScim.jpg I’m quite a fan of two tone cars and most cars have a two tone interiors unless they are completely black ,can’t see your interior but it could give...

Car Insurance

Due to the current government restrictions on movements and my ceaseless amazement that my insurance costs go up and up even now I'm travelling less and less (and a lot slower than I used to!)...I comforted myself when the insurance companies told me it's all about risk.......so I wonder if we shou...

Intercoolers

If the cars original and unmolested, id also suggest a new wastegate actuator. They go soggy with age (dont we all  ) but effectively they creep open early losing performance. From memory they are approx 7psi from the factory but they shouldnt move until that preset whereas with age they start...

6psi is around standard and you normally get more than the book figure (from Nissan of 135bhp) as the Scimitar exhaust is a lot less restrictive than the Nissan one.
In that case are there better exhaust systems to be had than the reliant one ?

Look up Craig Hughes’s Hot Hatch Hunter article on http://www.ss1turbo.co.uk/hot_hatch_hunting.htm
The intercooler is part of a package but without to much expensive stuff you can be seeing 192 bph.
I will re read the above as you suggest many thanks crouchie
