That all depends on your skills or access to someone who can weld, they are very easy cars to work on and the chassis construction is pretty basic but if the chassis is really bad then you will likely need the space to remove the tub and panels to gain proper access.

I have to say I am really interested in this and will be putting a solid bid in, as long as its not a clone of another car I dont really see a problem, parts get damaged and replaced, chassis and bodys are no exception.
