Wanted alloy wheel centre caps

Hi Ray, they are Middlebridge wheels, the Aus company don't make 'em any more or the covers which hide the nuts. They are rare as rocking horse poo. There are domed alloy hub caps on eBay, best o' luck.

the driving force behind it?
The usual strange affection of wedges built in a shed that go fast, corner on rails an' stop like a politicians promises, plus three years withdrawal symptoms and the threat of the present tranche of young drivers breakin' 'is records!😎😁

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

A total of 21 hours so far of "Scimitar back ache" inducing hard work has about a third of the body sanded down to the red. The Henry vacuum cleaner is still sucking away, vastly reducing the dust but I've worn out the Velcro pad on the random orbital! I'm impressed with the "Abranet" discs, swiftly...

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

Well the months of grumpiness have started, after hours of surface sanding, grinding out cracks and stepping back to rest for a look/see, the bodywork is revealing its history. So far it's showing a new boot back and front end with copious quantities of filler randomly around the sides. The body, bo...

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

Tail pipes and silencers fitted both sides, looking good with the extra supports giving a secure but slightly flexible result and the things are clear of the rear suspension bracketry, axle and central in the outrigger holes. Inlet fanimold and rocker covers jury mounted. Water pump fitted so now th...

The Racy Red Bakery Truck.

Changed the rack but worse than the one I took off. I'm dismantling both spares and will have the wear in the "wheels straight ahead" position taken out by centre grinding a few thou off the wearing block area. Good enough to get another years MOT! Game on fer this season!

Does Run Fast 351 Eventually!

No response from an email to Friction Hydralics so amazed to be given a handful of adaptors from a metric Jap engined slinky stinky wedge driver, one of which fits! Proper job! Full day in the garage saw two spare heads dismantled, cleaned and jury fitted to the block. The tubular manifold flange pl...
