Rear hubs/bearings?

Our SS1 was given a advisor about a rear wheel bearing because of a bit of play - I fitted a new bearing and it made no difference. Next MOT and my MOT man could see I had changed the bearing ( new bolts in the hub very visible ) and he passed it without a advisor.

SAE or DIN brake master cylinder flares?

My tool will do all flares and I have a draw full of unions - imperial and metric so I just find the one that fits

Why is my Fan so Cold?

I did not plumb it in to the water just blanked off the cold air to the heater and then used cab air to supply the heater - via the fan

Why is my Fan so Cold?

When I had a 6A during the winter I fitted a fan unit in the passenger foot well ( high up so it did not get in the way ) and plumbed it into the heating pipes so that it recirculated the air in the cab and did not draw air from outside - made a big difference to the heat in the cab.

Cable rating - domestic

I used a poly water pipe to run the cable in to keep the water out - go for 4mm rather have too much capacity than too little - the 150amp will be at 50 volts not mains supply of 240 volts

They are 15x6. I've used them on my 6a with no problems (but then a 6a is the same as a MB of course). If you were thinking of putting them on your Coupe, then I think Peter's Coupe has them on it?
Yes I have them on our Coupe - I think they suit it.

I assume they are the same as the other GTEs or near enough the same - I fit standard Wolfs 7" on my MB in the summer

Anyone for a Gentry?

I still cannot walk in the garage so getting a bike never mind a car in it is not on - also I am no longer a youth - far from it. Looks like you might be able to get the Triumph straight six in as there is space at the front
