Hi Mike

thanks for that, tried to find your thread but can't , found the transistors but i don't know what im looking at other than it looks vaguely similar, that stuff is above my capability , probs blow the whole thing up if i mess with it, more of a spanner man.

the pump running continuously is ok as its thru an inertia switch the main issue is getting a spark, have no knowledge as to be able to check wether the darlington pair /sensor is working so i can trace back thru each item to find whats not working ?

Well, just put it all back together where i started from, cas seems ok , injectors clicking on que but still no spark and won't start, pump running -fuel running at correct pressure, nothing has been touched from when it was running other than the dizzy checks etc to check cas. Just don't get it !

Hi Mark, late night update, when i tested the dizzy i got from you i had the fuel pump fuse out as it runs continuously , fuse in , CLICKS all round, also tried the old dizzy, CLICKS ! so it appears i have a different issue ?? is that you've found a darlington ? although i probs don't need it now, w...

when i initially checked the ecu both the red and green led's were on constantly, since talking to Andy at AJL and doing the dizzy out and turning the rotor arm and listening for clicks at injectors ,NO CLICKS, which seems to suggest a fault on the dizzy internals, but its new including the cas , bi...

if its not that sensor that is causing lack off spark where would you look from there ?? Mark doesn't have any in stock .

Since my Ti has just ground to a halt it appears (i think?? ) that i need a replacement darlington sensor as my coil is getting or giving no spark, coil seems to be ok. Could anyone assist , one to sell or where i could get one ??

Has anyone any info on the IAA unit (Idle-Air-Adjusting Unit) in the SS1 1800 Ti, can you strip then completely down ? can i get a new one ? as mine seems to have an intermittent issue.
