Ss1 seat upgrade

i installed two red leather MGF seats, just about fit nicely and i picked them up for £35 quid for the pair of Ebay...black ones are far more expensive and in demand.. nice cheap upgrade if you are handy with a grinder and MIG welding

Sounds like the standard issue 1800TI fried loom syndrome...
this was the 1600..apologies i could have been clearer...i was setting of to work on the Ti garaged three miles away....not sure that's any better. :)

Good day all, well, before setting of to work on Ti, about three miles from work and as i finish at 11:30, thought i would check the temp gauge sender wire. All was attached and looking okay, i disconnected and gave it a quick rub with some p100 sand paper and reconnected...no difference , my gauge ...

Good day all , i did a bit more tidying up of the lower radiator support ...hopefully a but more today before applying some primer.... The upper rad support had two grommets that secured the rads upper pins, are these grommets just that ..standard grommets ..and available if i measure the diameter? ...

Good day all the cars been running fine.. :D only slight issue today was that the temperature gauge swung all the way to the HOT sector when the ignition was on but car not started , as the fuel gauge was reading okay, i have to assume the instrument voltage regulator is okay.... In terms of testing...

Good on you for responding to the headbutt Manny. :boxer: Been there a few times and wish I could have reacted better myself, including one where I got a black eye by an ex para who did nearly the same as the 2wat that Phil came across, but he followed me and pounced after I had parked outside work...

Bloody hell !!!!! That could’ve turned out very badly. I hope you’re ok?! quite worryingly i was too calm....luckily i can look after myself....( check my profile :) ) at one point he kept shouting " You better buy a coffin.." to which i responded "any particular wood finish or handles.." :D
