turbo drain pipe

Can be changed in situ, bit of a faff, as engine mount is in the way. If you can get a new one, I'd stick the knife thru the old one to make life easier

This is Reliant after all - some of their dimensional accuracy can be questionable at times

...but also due to being inspired by Ben's circuit racer SS1 project... Presumably being inspired by how long it's taking me to build! Haha, no. Generally others have nicked my ideas, so nice to have your car to pinch ideas off  although mine will always have more tywraps and tank tape tha...

Hi Craig, So glad to hear you’ve not thrown the towel in on the Sabre and sticking around the Scimitar scene! :D Catch up at Curbs and in the meantime, ponder your next move in sorting the car out to your satisfaction. (If I was a little closer, I’d offer some motivational help in the form of holdi...

Probably seized or part seized hinges. I'd remove the bolts and gas struts and remove the boot lid. Pound to a penny hinges will be tight, free off so they fall under their own weight, then the boot lid can be re fitted and gaps sorted. Will probably need the striker plate adjusting too once the gap...

I'm not, itll be done when it's done. I was chatting with Brian I my garage the other night and it sort of became clear I want the car to be right, or at least the issues and compromises sorted with it before it gets used properly. It has loads of power but the handling is lacking, the weights wrong...
