SS1 Quarterlight frames

Hang on that was 30 years ago! Times and engineering has moved on a little since. In an ideal world I'm sure everyone would like them replicated as per originals but the time, effort and costs in tooling alone is prohibitive, especially as a pair of frames could set you back same as an MOTd SS1! Fab...

Fingers crossed it frightens the bejeezus out of you, and it will have been all worthwhile 8) 8)

Scan originals, 3D print in black--last forever-literally, and once the program is perfect could be replicated anywhere in the world

Who says tractor engineering is agricultural

Inboard discs put braking thrust loads into diff and transmissions, even on race cars with trans axles (Hewland boxes etc). Also outboard generally easier to cool. A guy fitted inboard discs to a Sierra diff ( dead easy to do actually) but heat cooled diff bearings and oil so needed oil cooler and r...
