I have made mine out of foamex its waterproof.
I will be covering in black vinyl with a backing of scrim.

I use bp6es all the time never had any issues .I checked my cheap eBay ones and they were genuine .

Well today is the day ,got let down by a transporter to collect my Se5a as to me a unknown quantity so thought sugar with all the info from the owner decided to drive the car back, so took water ,tools towrope jump leads 2 cans petrol and the new battery , battery on and fired up virtually straight...

Will the servo pulls in from the Drivers side so would not normally effect Passenger plugs. The servo would cause the white smoke plus it's probrably not firing because of all the extra brake fluid in the engine . This would also account for the bad fuel consumption .
