Post by DARK STAR » Tue Jan 28, 2014 8:24 pm

There are a number of 2013 meetings "Gazoline" on YouTube, several on the site with Scimitars and/or Scimitarists

Did not know about the Gazoline meeting at Bailly (near Versailles) ...

In fact Fred, I think I have mixed up the THREE white SE5/a's in Ile de France.
The one above is actually Claude Avoine's car and THIS is the one you are going to see ...
I think

Incidentally, it may be of interest that the white car on the right of Chris' third photo is a BNC. "BNC" stands for Bollack, Netter et Cie. Despite being a rather attractive car, it's one of the less well known French makes.

Maybe a car called the "Bollack" was not destined to go on to achieve great success in the UK?

However, there is at least one in Sussex, which I've seen out and about a number of times:

I'd mistake that for a Bugatti with a casual glance (although the rad angle is wrong) - and then they paint it powder blue!
