Reims Circuit

Post by nickkeyser » Mon Sep 16, 2013 1:38 pm

On holiday to Italy, we stopped at Reims street circuit on the way back up and I can highly recomend it if your passing by. All thats left is the shells of the buildings, but its very eerie seeing these huge concrete structures on the side of the public road.

You can drive around the circuit and your free to wander around most of whats there. Some of it has been demolished and none of it has windows etc, but its fascinating to look around.

Was there a few years ago on the way back from watching the tdf in the Alps, an eerily quiet place it must be said, you can almost feel the ghosts of yesteryear all around you

Monza was on my list too, and we actually drive past it but didn't have time to stop. One for next time!
