july 10th isnt a round of our championship is it Raz? (just the 11th, Round 10 of the SSSC)
i also note we arent shown as an invited club for 10th July? can you double check all is correct or peeps would have to be a member of another club on the list to do the 10th July as sneaky practice (like i usually have done each year being a Hagley member  )

Oops  Was in a hurry before going to ice hockey training, have corrected it now.
I'll email Dave Parr about the 10th.

Jim, just trying to catch up on things :)

Hi,

As I haven't been to Loton before some idea of where you guys were would be great, I can get a good view of the place with Google maps so a general pointer would be great.

Don't know yet if I'm going the night before depends I guess on what time signing on/ scrutineering is.

Cheers,

Jonathan

as you turn into the entrance - and just inside the entrance you will see the point where the spectators pay in the wooden hut - and this is the begining of the paddock - you need to turn immediately left - and then immediately on your right is our parking spot on tarmac under large trees.

However if you continue up this path - uphill - you will see camping and where everyone should leave their support cars and trailers.

Hope that helps

Send me an PM and I will pop an arrow onto a google map to help if need be

Steve

Jonathan,

Event does not start until 9:15 ( they wait for the church over the road). But I would strongly recommend walking the hill.

i reckon you need to aim to get there at 730 JA, walking the hill is 30mins easy, then get car ready fro the scrutes etc.

Cheers Guys,

Yeah I think I'll be better off there the night before so I can walk the hill in my own time. Just been having a look at some runs on youtube and there certainly seems a lot to remember.

Looking forward to it though as there is plenty of time to get into it not like aintree with 3 corners and a couple of straights.
