Brilliant hill climb Harewood I wasn’t very consistent today couple of errors = off track excursions but very happy with my time in T1 71.6 was 3 seconds better than last year.

Corky You'll be pleased to know that Ben, Darryl and myself kept the grass cut between us in you absence

Just got home - what a great day!

PBs across the board for CM Scimitars - over 4 seconds off last years time for me and a great battle with Ben all day.

Another 25pts for Jim, but Ben was hot on his heals with 24.74pts !!!

Jim 25
Ben 24.74

I gave a 6.0 for artistic impression to Darryl for his perfectly executed 720 degree excursion.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone recorded the excursion  it was a gentle reminder to take another look at the tyre pressures, the rears had crept upto 35!

Yes, seems the back end is too hard. Brilliant performances from all the Scim drivers though.

I must say I'm a little surprised at the points awarded, I'm drivin' the wheels orf my car, PB after three years out of sprinting and yet the heritage cars are still miles off the small sports. I'm not going the big bucks Rick Wood horses down the power route nor hacking the bodywork to within an inch of being transparent. I'm sticking with 1a tyres, 1120kgs and 142 hp so what the heck makes a true "road going series production" so uncompetitive?
