During a recent discussion between various Committee members and our Scrutineering team a few points were raised regarding eligibility that we thought might be worth passing on to you, our competitors.

1) An extract from the Blue Book;

10.5.1. For Road-Going Series Production, Road-Going Specialist Production, Modified Series Production, Modified Specialist Production and Hill Climb Super Sports Cars, pump fuel is mandatory. Only air may be mixed with the fuel as an oxidant.

Our Scrutineers now have the facilities to take fuel samples.

2) Harewood regulations state for cars in classes 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 1f ;

" Non adjustable strut Braces across the top of the front suspension turrets are allowed but these must be removable and not welded in place."

This means that NO other form of strengthening of the chassis is allowed including rear strut braces and any under body bracing unless it is standard fitment.

3) If you wish to leave the Paddock with your competition car during the event you must;
a) Ask permission from the Clerk of the Course to leave the Paddock.
b) As you re-enter the Paddock, you must stop at paddock space E1 For the car to be re-scrutineered.

Any questions/comments, please email Chris Seaman, compsec@harewoodhill.com or have a chat in the Paddock with Mike Geen or Chris Seaman.

We wish all our competitors a safe and competitive season at Harewood Speed Hillclimb and look forward to seeing you during 2019.
