Pity Brian, I was interested to see whether your scim is quicker than my Toyota, similar power to weight I think

Unfortunately we do not have enough entrants to make this viable so I will open it to CM to see if we can make it work together.

Curborough Pre Season Test 20th March, 2018

Post by swoakes » Sun Feb 25, 2018 6:40 pm

Just thinking about timing for the event.

I have used a smart phone App in the past called RaceChrono which you can download from the app store etc. It uses gps to start and stop the clock and Curbs is one of the tracks in its database. The clock starts as you cross the line and stops when you cross the finish line. Just keep the phone in your pocket or car and it will record all lap times that day.

Times might not be totally accurate but might be good for newbies to highlight improvement over the day.

Steve,
Racechrono looks interesting, any charge for its use?

With a couple of us to help manual timing as usual shouldn’t be a problem
