out of curiosity, did i fail the second timed run because of the spin or loose grass and debris influencing the timing gear...

I think i got 72s 2 years ago on lpg, crap suspension and silly brakes before all this investment in new brakes, suspension and petroleum sprinting!!! Going backwards (in all ways, but still brilliant fun :)

If the car went out of track limits, then it's a failed run so if you went ploughing then that would be it. The Marshals radio in if a cars exceeded track limits, and the timekeepers mark the run fail even though it may have posted a time.
As soon as I've gone through all the run data (loads!!!) and entered it I'll post them up :-)

Yes, because my final run i tried doing the 8 twice....instead of going straight for the finish line i turned in to repeat the crossover

(easily confused from cornwall..)

Just checked, 72.81

Rain on my parade Mikey why don't you.

To finish first, first you need to actually show up.

Never try and argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you based on experience.

Some great results there Phil. It's a shame I can't get more events in (Mikey and Brian too), we could've had quite a battle for the RG pot.

I think it just goes to show how fair the handicap system is when you look at how close the points are, compared to the differences in scratch times.
