Car/driver spec sheet
Posted: Wed Oct 17, 2007 4:25 pm
this is the idea suggested by Neil Stevenson in another thread.
what about a standardised set of Qs about each driver/car pairing?
every competitor could then complete it along with say 2 or 3 pics of their car?
be good to get some of the 'famous' drivers of yesteryear to do them too (Bev Fawkes, Robin Rew, Paul Gill, Les Trafford etc etc) as some of us guys never competed against them and those that have taken temporary sabbaticals or compete in the rallying scene also.
please add your suggestions:-
what year started competing
CAR HISTORY (if known)
BEST TIME AT CURBORO SINGLE LAP
ANY OTHER INFO
please note this is where the married compies should thank the 'bread knife' or else they will get touchy and not let you out to play again

Once all the info is available, it may be better to put it on the (very out of date) competition pages? It was kind of one of the things I thought about, but never have done...

My car photographs better than it drives, so I vote we have pics, too.

We,GTE drivers don"t give up easily with our tarnished madalions & threadbear chest wigs, look at our Lenny&Dave, still got plenty of go in them,so their wives say,so keep on pushing it,we"ll be right behind you Craig. Got to be good for the club & the sport & encourage more young good drivers, like we"ve seen the last couple of years.see you on the black stuff. Don
