Well, for my 2014 event which I kicked off towards the end of 2012 I was already cancelling held rooms in September 2013 and managed to hang on to a few until Feb 2014.
Scenic & Continental Car Tours were put in touch to help with a travel package which they can do if more than 10. But they haven't heard as I saw them last weekend in France.

Yes, it 'feels' late.

As posted in the news section:

25th RSSOC International - Netherlands/Germany - 17 to 19 June 2016

Yes – 2016 is the year of the Silver Anniversary of the RSSOC International Rally and it will be held near Aachen around the Netherlands and Germany border area.
The hotel is a converted Abbey; it is the 'Abdij Rolduc' http://www.rolduc.com/UK/hispitality-rolduc-abbey and is located in Kerkrade in the Netherlands right on the border to Germany and just a few miles from Aachen city centre.

See Slice 266 page 53 for more details. To book your place please use the booking form that will be with Slice 267. Please email Ute and Albert Bruns at rssoc-ir2016@novacom-ac.de to reserve your place on the RSSOC International Rally 2016.

I can recommend it Luke, cracking events, sadly won't be there this year having two at university makes it a bit difficult as we have to bring one home from Falmouth when the event's on

There was a spurious quote character in Albert's email address which caused a failed email. I have deleted it. So try clicking again if you got a fail.

Anybody thinking of sailing from Hull on the Wed night, would be nice to convoy to hotel the other side, using tunnel adds 408 miles to trip as further both sides though a bit cheaper
