Poly bushes NOT for Scimitar

Post by Alan SS1 » Sun Jan 22, 2017 7:57 pm

Any body used these guys?

psbushings.com

it looks too easy!!!! maybe if it looks too good to be true . . . . . . .

The rear bushes on the C30 were an MoT advisory and more void than bush. (40k)

I have considered even putting a Stainless sleeve over the existing steel 'stub' and machine out this bush to suit, but maybe over-kill?

so this looks like a simple fix and I'd kept the old arms as the ball joints seem OK and no wear on the front bushes, initially thought about moulding PU into the void left when removed the old rubber.
to be honest if it lasts > 25k that's better than the OEM Ford 'design'
