Before I start modifying an existing ARB , what should be the diameter of a 6a ARB.

The one I have is 22mm dia. and the coupes is 19mm dia.

Thank's.

Steve

Coupe ARB upgrade

They end up .975 by the 6b and that’s the one to have. With the front track on the Coupe you’ll need to change the angles then weld some threaded inserts on the shortened ends which you can bolt a rose jointed link to.

Read a book on triple 42's weber's and spent all week end with an air flow meter and a unstable tacho.
But its now drivable , although the throttle jammed open due to a bent pedal and engine got very hot due to a restrictive front grill.
The tacho is still intermittent and the next test dive will be more sedate affair .
There is a possibility that I may drive it to scimfest if !!! :D
