Iconic tourist pictures of a Coupe.

Well 150 mile run round some Circuit of Ireland stages today and, mainly, the car went well. Had hot starting issues which my memory is now telling me is why I put it onto electronic ignition, but when I brought it out of storage, it wouldn't start until I put it back onto points!
Also misfire under load but might be coil, condenser, plugs or leads but easy enough sorted. Goes very well with loads of torque but doesn't rev or pull the way my John Wade engine we had in the GTE does but as I said to Ken my navigator, the Group 1 Capri flywheel and twin plate racing clutch on it weigh a full 14lbs lighter than the standard set up!

Anyway some pictures of the car this morning at some of Belfasts tourist highlights. The Harland and Wolf crane, a ransacked village set from Game of Thrones and the Titanic Centre.

Mine had difficulty starting from hot until I put a electric fuel pump in it. That last photo looks like the rear end is about to be lifted
