February 2016 Noggin

Post by Beefy » Sun Feb 14, 2016 5:40 pm

Hi.

I take it I'm correct in that this Wednesday coming the 17th is the Noggin? I'm off work and plan on coming, hopefully in the Scimitar if I get time to replace 2 tyres and set the timing up.
Are many people planning on attending?

Thanks Lloyd

I found that having all of your noggin calendar and chat in one post makes it easier to follow. At the moment these posts are all in the generic "Midlands & East Anglia" sub-section, so Lloyd's post wasn't really directed at anyone.

It might be worth the effort of creating sub-forums with events, pictures, general chat, etc as sub-sections if it will encourage more noggins to use the site?

..or for those Noggins with an active forum presence, We'll just make a sticky to use as a rolling thread for that Noggin? The reason is was kept a bit vague as geographical borders don't always correlate with physical locations and catchment areas and active members.

What do Noggins want? We had very little feedback on what a Noggin would want when setting this up, so it was a guess to be honest! Probably best to start this in the Forum Issues or RSSOC Business areas to be honest.

Please continue with any comments about the make-up of the Noggins section in this thread (in RSSOC Business) :)

Hi, Only just seen these replies myself. I wasn't sure on where exactly to post? I was planning on attending but I didn't see a reply, probably likely down to where I posted. I'm off for the march noggin so will attend that for sure
Likely won't be in the scimitar this time as the mot is due early March and don't have the free time to carry out any repairs if any are needed!
Thanks again Lloyd
