classics at the Old Pack Horse pub

Post by ScimmyMike » Thu Jun 13, 2013 3:39 pm

Next wednesday our noggin pub - the Old Pack Horse is holding it annual charity night, a good bash from what we've seen in previous years, there is a barbeque and hot food for sale, a live band, good selection of classic cars that can provoke serious forum discussion as last year with the tax free Zagato Aston Martin that appeared to be built on a DB7 chassis, quite where the charity bit comes in I am non too sure, guess it's from profits generated, certainly no entry fee nor can rattling went on.
So on the 19th June if you're in the area pop over to the Old Pack Horse on Market Street Chapel en le Frith and meet the noggin

Quick bump for this as it's tonight, so far we have about 5 or so noggin members going, hope to get more coming along to support our Noggin pub, least we can do to repay Nick (the Landlord) for opening up early when we have trips out and for putting the occasional free buffet on for us

I may be along later. Don't finish work until 7pm, but I'm hoping to get there for an hour or so with eldest son.

Good show, some good cars and good food. It looked like the 928 and the Coupe were battling for people's attention all evening :)

Looks like I missed a treat. Got in from work late and by the time I was sorted it was 9pm. Good turnout by the noggin judging by the pic.

At least for a change the GTE wasn't embarrasing to display and seemed to attract nice comments for once
