DVLA list it as 1972 build year and date of first registration as 25 sept 1972, which ties up pretty well.

Just looked a bit further (it's a while since I sold it) and 453936 was registered 12th September 1972 - certainly a 1972 build.

Just stumbled across the post re HCA 84N. I was a previous owner and can tell you something about its past. Its not what it seems, was made using 2 basket case Scimitars.

Please find below details of my recently purchased Se5a in Ireland.

Registration: ZV24816 (formerly UK registered as LYV 174K)

Chassis Number: 453072

Engine Number: SC3800

Body colour: Red (understand from previous owner than it was formerly a wine/ burgundy colour)

Year of manufacture: 1972

my sympathetic MOT chap has been to see a SE5a reg ROE 425M, i think he said it belonged to a (ex)forum member- do you have any records ?

1970 GTE SE5 chassis 451571 engine SC2331 believe imported to New Zealand then went to South Australia from there to QLD Australia 3or4 years ago
to me purchasing a week ago.[this car has been restored at some time]
second spare parts car that came with it chassis 452009 engine SC2769 as on ID Plate history unknown this car is fitted with a Wabasto sun roof
any info on either of these cars would be greatly appreciated

Any modifications? Webasto sunroof, black vinyl top half.

Sorry for the delay in responding to the various listings.

In order:

45/3072 is not on the Register

ROE425M is on the Register, but I don't have a photo

RVG464J is on the Register, but it's a brief and recent entry

45/3730 is not on the Register

45/2009 is on the Register, but I don't have a photo

45/1571 is not on the Register

VUL455M is on the Register with basic details but no photo

If theres any chance of registration and/or photos for the non-Register cars that would be helpful.

Hi All,
XRC 202(1969 SE5) in the process of restoration after 24 years in storage. Engine and suspension rebuilt, bodywork and interior next. Wish me luck!

Both YOH and XRC are on the Register. I could do with a photo of XRC if possible.
