on the lookout for a future project...

Post by Coelhomaluco » Thu Mar 27, 2014 8:15 am

If anyone finds out of any rebel (tax exempt preferably), kitten or fox projects, let me know. Must have shell, chassis and registrable or vith v5c. Needs to be cheap as chips or free (yeah, dream on). Basicly it will have a Engine swap (tiny diesel) a bit of a tidy up, and back to the road.
Not on a rush as the scimitar is still a long way to Go.

Will do, but nearer to the end of the scimitar project. Just on the lookout, in case some unmisseable deal comes by.

this section is for project progress though? on Scimitars/Sabres primarily (but we like the occasional non Scimitar/Sabre and boat :-))

Where were you all last year when I was trying to sell one? It did eventually find a new home though.

Trouble is kittens are fetching silly money now. Foxes are hitting a good £1300 but don't usually come up as projects.

I have a rebel estate at £1100, had a chassis swop and the new one under it is immaculate. Never been welded. Needs a passenger seat and dynamo. Plus a few tweaks to the engine getting it to run better and its fit for an MOT. That's tax exempt.

Well, I want something more project priced :P not scared of welding, will have a lot of it to do on the scimitar for the look of it...
