Only “timeout” I can see relates to your name being shown in the “Users Online” list at the bottom the page.

Steve, IIRC the mobile signal is quite poor where you live? Have you tried to stop the carrier changing automatically in case it’s that that’s logging you off?

Still worth checking though - I found I’d been logged out when I got to the workshop today and I’d changed carrier.

Upgraded to Samsung galaxy s8 this afternoon (don't be fooled by the s9, it's the same phone with an extra feature or two)

So far, no issues!

Further update, still signed in even with a full phone and app shutdown.

It's got to be how the app on my Xperia natively handled timeouts for logins

Oddly I’ve just had to login twice in 5 minutes - only thing different from usual is I’m on the O2 supplied free WiFi at a McDonalds.

To be honest now that the privacy policy has changed I have more stability and my need to log in has reduced thankfully

The iphone has gone and along with it the repeated log in problems

Now I'm with a Samsung S8 for a few weeks and so far have logged in once

I’ve noticed that I have to login each time I move from Wi-FI to 4G.
